Born of the blood of Numenor, fallen from grace
At the head of Sauron's legions, now his rightful place
Clothed in black upon a black horse, crown atop his head
He is the physical incarnation of terror and death

Of his evil deeds the bards will forever sing
Charged by Sauron to retrieve the Ring - Praise the Witch-king!

Nine rings of power Sauron forged, a gift to mortal men
He used them to corrupt their minds, and to his will they bent
Nine mortal lords Nazgul became Ringwraiths, riders in black
The Witch-king of Angmar among them is chief, leader of Mordor's attack

Of his evil deeds the bards will forever sing
Charged by Sauron to retrieve the Ring - Praise the Witch-king!

Bursting forth from the gates, the host of Minas Morgul awakes
Sorrow hangs about the necks of those who've seen what is to pass
Soon the Nazgul will ride forth at the head of Sauron's hordes
Soon the blood of Elves, Dwarves and Men will freely flow in Middle-earth again

Witch-king
Sorcerer, warrior
Spear in the hand of the Dark Lord
Witch-king

Of his evil deeds the bards will forever sing
Charged by Sauron to retrieve the Ring - Praise the Witch-king!

Praise the Witch-king!

Witch-king!
